I love the workout and feel great after but the style of teaching makes me tense. The instructor was knowledgeable but so rude before and during class.

When I first walked into the room the heat was almost overwhelming. I'm thinking 'HOW am I going to do this??" but it's surprisingly comfortable when you begin the poses. This class is always the same and is great for beginners as well as experts. The instructors are incredibly helpful, nothing is embarrasing because no one is looking at you! They ask you to concetrate on yourself. Check it out, you'll leave feeling soothed.
Pros: free mat for 3 visits, helpful instructors
