If you plan on eating here - read this! – I am a lover of good Chinese food and it takes a lot for me to complain. This place takes the cake though. I ordered Szechwan chicken, Szechwan shrimp, wonton soup for 3, and the spicy tuna roll. The soup was ok just salty, the tuna roll was good but the chicken and shrimp were probably the worst thing I have ever eaten. The shrimp were the size of a quarter but were in so much breading, (Undercooked by the way), it almost looked like I was eating a funnel cake. Yes, every shrimp was covered in so much batter it was like eating a cake with a piece of shrimp in it. Now, I don?t know how you can get shrimp overcooked but the breading undercooked and soggy like a wet sponge but they managed to do this. It was almost like someone ordered the food and didn?t eat it so they rebattered the leftovers and fried them again and served it to us. The chicken was the same way! Dry, bitter, soggy breading, chewy, and just overall a disgrace to Chinese cuisine. When we got home and pulled out our meal, we all looked at it and were like "what is this SH*%!!!" After we tasted and spat out our food on our plates, we immediately called the restaurant to let them know we were VERY unhappy with the food. They didn?t answer the phone so we left a message for them to call us back. Morning came and still no phone call back, so we decided to call them again at 2:00pm. They answered the phone and said they would refund one meal, not both! Also, they were laughing in the background when we told them how disappointed we were with their food. I am now forced to call my credit card company to dispute the charge and get my money back... I also want to note that not even my dog wanted to eat the food! I do honestly have to say that this was the 1st time I ever ordered food from them and had a terrible experience, but with the customer service they gave me I will never go back. Also, I would order from them 2 - 3 times a month! They lost a good customer over their customer service and serving us terriable Chinese cuisine. IF YOU EAT HERE, THERE IS NO REFUNDS AND YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE CRAP IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE FOOD! What a shame... They must have changed owners.
