Walmart is years behind in Customer Service!.
I walked into the store with the intent to purchase a laptop using my walmart store credit card. When I got to the cashier, I realized that I did not have the card with me.
I asked her if she will not be able to pull my card info in the system using my DL, to my surprise, she said no. I was in dismay and based on our conversation she seemed new, I asked to speak to a Mgr. Boy, I was wrong!. Mr Rasheem came over telling me to take off my ear phone so that I can hear what he has to say. "I'm telling you what you need to do" he said. Then he went on to tell me that he can not allow the item to leave the store without it being paid for. Was that what I was asking for? I was treated like a thief and felt humiliated, because what I was asking for is industry standard in most stores. Rasheem's attitude was very rude.
