Customer service does not exist. Worst customer service ever!!! You walk in to the counter and employees will not acknowledge that you are a customer. This has happened to me several times. I have decided to not visit this location anymore. And when I have family to come visit, I insist that we go somewhere else, even though this location is within 20 minutes of my residence.I will NEVER visit this location ever again!!!

Church's Chicken first opened in 1952 across the street from the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas, selling only fried chicken. Today, the restaurant has locations across the U.S., and offers a variety of Southern specialties. In addition to fried chicken, the menu features Crunchy Tenders (white-meat chicken strips) and Texas Chicken: a half chicken with char-grilled flavored seasonings. Sides include Honey Butter Biscuits, Jalapeno Cheese Bombers, mashed potatoes with gravy and fried okra.
