HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I had extremely bad service on a recent visit to this Nagoya. I heard from a few people at my table that it was bought out and how the new owner is rude and I still gave it a shot..Waited OVER an hour before any chef came over. It was a full 30 minutes before we received our salads and soup. The waitress had way to much on her hands and the owner was simply watching tv at the bar while we suffered. After, I told the owner I wanted compensation for how horrible of service I received and he said I need to let him know ahead of time if I want good service. He told me he could not give me any type of discount. After I argued more he said "ok I will take 5 dollars off" I left COMPLETELY disappointed. Will never return unless under NEW ownership.

Fun dining. We've eaten there often and often hold family events there. We're never disappointed. It isn't cheap, but it is reasonable. Kids love this place although the high-chair group may need some comfort when the oil on the hibachi is set ablaze as part of the show. The "fun factor" varies with the chef you happen to get. But the food is consistently good quality.

Best Spicy Fried Rice ever!. Okay I don't know what "TheGrovers" above are talking about. This has been our favorite Japanese restaurant for years. We lived in Snellville when we dscovered it but then moved to Conyers and now Lawrenceville and we still make at least a monthly trip to Nagoya. They have the BEST spicy fried rice and excellet, fresh sushi. I must say the best cooks are Donnie and ET; they will have you laughing so hard you will cry. I kow people that travel to come to Nagoya b/c it is REALLy that damn GOOD. You won't be disappointed.

VERY Disapointing!. We've gotten sushi here before and decided to try the hibachi for my b-day dinner. What a complete waste of time and money! First, their soup wasn't even miso soup...a typical Japenese menu item. It was chicken stock with rotini pasta! Terrible. Then they charged and extra $2 for fried rice! It was made with way too much oil and was bland. The steamed rice was very gelatinous. The "chef" gave a very dull performance, only tapping his utensils a couple of times on the grill. They didn't offer a free b-day dinner, but a $20 gift certificate to be used for a future dinner. The catch?? I had to be with a minimum of 4 people ONLY for the hibachi dinner and there would be an extra 15% service charge. I won't be using it because we're NOT going back. I was shocked that a place owned by Japenese people would americanize the food and atmosphere to that extent. I guess that's what you get for a Loganville restaurant situated in a strip mall. In an area with more Asian people (like were I grew up in CA) this place wouldn't stand a chance.

Best Ever. I have eaten across the country and this is one of the best Japanese places ever. Making all of the sauces there and great cooking. My family and I try to go every Sunday for lunch because it is a much better bargain. Thanks Nagoya and staff.
