I'm always pleased. I have dined here once a week for several years as I live nearby. The waitstaff knows me and treats me well. If you are on a budget, eat lunch specials and early bird specials.I never pay more than $13 with 20% tip for a meal and always walk out happy The nigiri and side dishes from the dollar sushi menus is always good, filling, and economical. The rolls, however, have way too much rice and not enough filling, but maybe that explains the dollar price.

Some traditional food is on the menu, but you don't see nanomi togarashi on the tables and you don't receive a hot towel. I don't think this place is for the old-school Japanese cuisine crowd, but it's still worth it to eat here.

However, a couple of the sushi chefs seem to hate their job, so I never sit at the sushi bar as I feel like an intrusion to their day. Other than that, I look forward to my next visit!

Chinese Buffet Style Japanese Steakhouse. It's dirty, they tried to cover these with dim lightings, fans blowing instead of ACs, none of the wait staffs speak english, just to get 1 refill requires plenty of arguments with these unfriendly faces, the whole atmosphere is negative, if you can close your eyes & just open your mouth to anything with MSG forcefully thrown into your mouth than please stop by, they did a great job at masking a chinese buffet as a knock off japanese steakhouse.

Nice Place. Fuji Hana is a nice place to go with your family. Although expensive, the prices aren't excessive of those at any Japanese restaurant. The quality of food is good and the restaurant is nicely designed so that large numbers of people aren't bothersome. The staff is polite and helpful while the chef (if you get a cook-top table) is entertaining. For a fun dinner with your family or friends, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Good food but incredibly expensive. We go to Fuji Hana occasionally just becasue our kids enjoy it. But this place can get quite expensive and not worth what they give you in my opinion. A meal for 2 adults and 2 kids can easily run close to $100. Kids meal for $12? And adult entrees can run anywhere from $20 to $30 each.

Fuji Hana Johnson Ferry Rd, Marietta Avoid. Went there for my birthday after receiving a Birthday coupon via email. Have eaten there often with mixed results, but it is close and usually not crouded.

Manager at first failed to honor the coupon, but after a serious discussion finally gave in. Kicker was they added a $5.79 tip to the price, which was almost as much as the "meal' they took off.

Although the food and service were good the dining experience was terrible. I did leave a $5 tip for the wait staff.

What a poor Birthday experience.

Dishonest when ordering take out!. Although while at the restaurant the food has usually been quite good, we have noted that when we get take out the restaurant has repeatedly (3 times) given us steak instead of the filet mignon we paid for. As if we would not know the difference in the steak being barely 1/4 inch thick over the 1 inch thick filet. Its just dishonest, plain and simple. First time, we assumed it was a mistake, second time they were mixed , and the third have to assume this is something they do often if not all the time and again, just dishonest. So while we liked the restaurant initially we will not go back bec. of the dishonesty.
