Dr. Jackson and Northside Ent are Great!. Dr. Keith Jackson was great. I put off this procedure for years out of my fear of the recovery process. I'm sorry now that I did. I would have done it years ago if I had known of Dr. Jackson. The procedure was a snap and the recovery process was just a little uncomfortable for about a week. Now its been about five weeks and I feel great. I can finaly breath thru my nose, and no more post nasal drip. The whole process was not nearly as bad as I had made it out to be. I highly recommend Northside Ent and Dr. Jackson, he's the best!!

Son's ear infection cleared up. I came in with 3 year old for allergy issues. I saw Dr.Chacko (who's a good friend of mine) and he noticed that my son was speaking a little delayed. He then did hearing tests and found he was having some problems. Then I saw Dr. Jackson and dr.jackson treated my son with some medications and now he's doing much better and speaking much more clearly. I didn't even know he was having ear infections and my pediatrician never told me, but I'm glad I saw Dr.Jackson.

great!!. Great doctor. Very friendly and helped me with my sinus disease as after other docs didn't give me the proper treament.

Great!. The first time I met Dr. Jackson I had been dealing with sinusitis for the last 20 or more years. He said that people like me are the reason he comes to work every day. It has taken a while, and two surgeries later to feel that I am within the "norm" and the issues that I do have are fewer and further between. Thanks Dr. J

Finally I can breathe. I have had allergies since I was 5 years old. I have had allergy shots from age 5 to 15 and it helped, but never REALLY helped with the Fall and Spring seasons when I got hammered (in bed) for 7-10 days when everything starting blooming and when the leaves fell.

I had deviated septum surgery to fix the narrow nasal passages in my nose October 2007 performed by Dr. Keith Jackson from the same practice Dr Chacko belongs to. I was very impressed with the results and the surgery went so well that I decided to attack my lifelong allergy problem after Dr. Jackson said Dr. Chacko could help.

In Oct 2007, Dr. Chacko administered RUSH allergy immunization therapy that drastically shortened the time needed to make Allergy shot immunization therapy effective.

In March 2008, after nearly 30 years of life, I enjoyed my first spring without being sick as a result of pollen and other allergins filling the air in Atlanta. I am so glad I took the plung and tried allergy shot therapy. Two thumbs up to Dr. Chacko and his trusty sidekick Kathy

recurring ear infection. Saw my nephew. After seeing numerous doctors, diagnosed my nephew with recurrent ear infections and felt confident on what the next treatment plan...suggested surgery but did not push and just told me that's what we likely needed to do...felt very honest

Great guy for sore throats, stuff on tonsils. Took out tonsils stone from the back of my throat and was very happy. That stuff was real nasty and dr.jackson was gentle in getting it out...

Not more ear infections. My kids and frequent ear infections and after getting tubes from Dr.Jackson, we've hardly ever needed antibiotics again...Very happy with the care we received.

Excellent physician. Being a doctor in the area, I always look to refer my patients to good doctors who will treat them the way I would want to be treated. I feel I've found that with Dr. Jackson. I've sent him numerous patients as well as my own family members. He is honest and does what's in the best interest for the patients.
