I am a student at Emory from Pennsylvania. Initially, I was nervous about not seeing my childhood dentist , but I felt as though I had been visiting Dr. Gilbert's office for years. Dr. Gilbert is very kind and experienced. He explained the entire procedure and treatment plan to me. The hygienist is incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. Dr. Gilbert and his staff create a comfortable and relaxing environment for their patients. Patient care is definitely their number one priority. In fact, a few days after my procedure Dr. Gilbert's office called me to make sure that I was feeling well. I would highly recommend that you visit Dr. Gilbert's office.

I found Dr. Gilbert using City Search. I searched for dentists in my area and then called a few offices to see how they went. His place had the best phone service so I made an appointment just for a cleaning. They were able to handle my benefits and told me that I was eligible for new x rays. I had these done. Unfortunately, they did find a cavity and showed me this on the pictures. They have x rays on the computer so this is easy to see and pretty cool. They even printed me a copy to take with me. Anyway, I had a couple of choices about how to fix it and I went with their best recommendation of a gold onlay. (I know, I know, but it's a back molar and it won't show.) Anyway, I really liked them and they treated me well.
Pros: location, personable, organized
Cons: it's the dentist
