My experience may be yours. Don't waste your money and time on any service and product in Premier Image. In general they charge 2 times on every thing.. Plus, the people there are not nice to customers. I hate going there.

Watch You Money, Folks!. I've been meaning to write this review for a while: WATCH YOUR MONEY with these people. While Premier Image is an excellent place to find an assortment of services, people should be aware that, not only will you pay more for just about everything, they will try and get you to spend more than you need to.

I had full face Co2 laser resurfacing less than a week ago, and I'm already THRILLED with the results!! Dr. DeJoseph and the entire staff at Premier were awesome! The procedure wasnt uncomfortable at all, and took less than 30 minutes. The nurse even called to check on me the next day. THAT is unheard of these days! I 100% recommend Premier Image!

Very Happy. For the past few years, I had been extremely self-conscious of my sagging neck skin. I work in communications, and there are always kids coming up who can do my job for less money, and I didn't want to be seen as "the old guy." I needed to be seen for what I know and can do, and not as old man river.

I spent a lot of time researching my options, and researching different physicians in the Atlanta area. I was convinced that I needed a face lift, but when I went to see Dr. DeJoseph at Premier Image, he introduced me to the QT Mini Facelift. It's basically a scaled down version of a full facelift, which meant that I had less bruising and swelling. The best part for me was the recovery time; I was able to be back to work in just a few days.

These doctors are extremely well trained and know exactly what they're doing. It was the best decision I could have made.

I look better than ever!. I get compliments all the time about how great I look. I owe it all to the doctors at Premier Image. I had a QT MIni Facelift, laser skin resurfacing and breast augmentation all in one day! Recovery was a breeze. I did just what they told me to do. I took it easy for a few days. That was about a year ago and I think I look 10 or even 15 years younger than other women my age - maybe even 20 years younger! I am so pleased! I recommend Premier Image to everyone! They really are the best!

AMAZING Experience!!. My skin looks amazing! I had two laser resurfacing treatments done on my face, and have received nothing but compliments on how great I look. I've been really happy with how friendly the staff is, and how fantastic my results are. I highly recommend them!

Don't Waste Your $$$ on fillers especially the "VUE" $800. What a waste of time and money. Best thing is no bruising the worse thing is I wasted $800, I could've got this service from anywhere in the world cheaper and at least effective. My follow up was today...I agree with the other person who was disappointed and over charged for fillers. This place is a rip off. I moved to Atlanta from LA and I used to get fillers-Restalayne from Dr Susan Evans, famous from 90210, her office is around the corner from Rodeo Drive...saying that to say, I was charged even more in Georgia by Premier Image- Shallowford office. $800 for a marketing ploy called the "VUE" which is only fillers, Restalayne in particular in eye trough area. I forked $800 couldn't tell the difference, went back in 2wks for the "follow up" Dr Klein asked ME if WE had filler left over from last visit, if so he would apply. He pretended to check to see if there was leftover when I said no there wasn't. "Of course it would look better in a year" is what I was told. What BS! I've been getting fillers for 4 yrs and they work instantaneously, not a month, or a year later. I will NEVER go back or refer anyone. This place is for senior women who need plastic surgery not 30-50 yr old filler candidates. The VUE is a rip off. Any one can inject fillers in your tear trough, folds, cheek area without patents and fake hyped up "procedural" titles. Don't waste your money!!!!!

Bad Results-Worse staff. Premier Image not only charged me MUCH more than other doctors in town("because we deliver results and make you happy") is what they say. I was not only EXTREMELY dissapointed with the lipo I had, but they wanted to charge me AGAIN to fix it. I wouldn't EVER go here and don't be fooled by the pretty little ads they run. You will get ripped.

Well Known In Our Community!. Dr. Silver, is a well known cosmetic surgeon in the Atlanta Jewish Community for many long years. Many satisfied clients, including several members of my staff. Go Billy!
