“Great food, hearty meal for a low price.”
“I've only had mediterranean food at two other places (both in oregon), so i definitely no expert, but Mediterranean Grill is a great find for quick, cheap eats.”
Great food! Check your 2GO order!!.
Good food, generous lunch for a low price.
Called my order in because I heard it could get busy! Service was quick for pick up.
I would recommend Med Grill to anyone with one caution, if you order to go, CHECK your order PRIOR to leaving. My Lunch special of shish kabob, kufta kabob, and gyro slices, served with rice pilaf, salad, and pita, sadly was missing the GYRO SLICES, which I was really looking forward to after driving 25 mins to get there, going back was not an option!
Basic Greek food rocks this unassuming Midtown strip..
Mediterranean Grill has the humble look of a fast-food joint: gumball machines, laminated tables, a prominent soda machine and lots of orange, red and yellow accents. There's no table service. You order at the counter, take a seat and wait until your number is called to pick up your food. But that's where the similarities end. While flash and pomp may not be on their agenda, Mediterranean speedily serves up excellent Middle Eastern cuisine translated well for ATL, stuffing the gullet of most patrons for under a sawbuck. A whopping dollop of creamy, EVOO-soaked hummus is a no-brainer to get the palate pumping, and the tzatsiki-cooled gyro sandwich is heaped with the slightly crisp on the edge beef-lamb hybrid. For the veggie minded, the Grille offers a combo of baba ganouj, crispy falafel, tabouli, and hummus packing the plate. For the carnivore, the shish kabobs will be your bag.
Excellent food, great prices, wonderful staff.
My wife used Mediterranean Grill to cater a party of 150 people. The food was incredibly delicious. The lamb, the veggies, the hummus, tabouli, shish kabobs, everything! They were right on time, very polite.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat and I recommend them to anyone who loves Mediterranean food. Oh, and it's a great choice if you have vegetarian or vegan friends as there are many choices for them.
Great place to add to your dinner options.
Great food, hearty meal for a low price.
Service was quick and professional, restaurant was cozy.
I would highly recommend Med Grill to anyone. It is convenient for Emory Students and It delivers!
Best Medierranean food in Atlanta.
I'm from the middle-east. I know my humus. I know my babaganush. I know my tehini. I know my falafel. This place is THE BEST!!! The salds are fresh, the falafel in=s crunchy on the outside nd fresh on the inside - just like it should be. The service is always very friendly. BTW, they just opened another location in midtown on Monroe Dr.
I tried many places in Israel, Palestine, and Egypt. I tried several places in Atlanta. Mediterranean Grill is the best in Atlanta and lines up with the best in the Middle-East.
BEST RESTAURANT IN ATLANTA HANDS DOWN!!. I am from Michigan and i was looking all over for a mediterranean place. I found the perfect place which is the Mediterranean Grill. The business lunch is amazing, hummus, falafel, pita, potatoes, salad, basically everything on the menu is cooked and served to perfection. The food is so delicious and fresh, and the manager treats us like family!! I recommend this place for anyone who loves food PERIOD
Good food at a great price. I've only had mediterranean food at two other places (both in oregon), so i definitely no expert, but Mediterranean Grill is a great find for quick, cheap eats. For $6, you can get the Business Lunch Combination Plate (served til 3pm M-F, i believe), which gives you a refillable soda, rice, salad, pita, and a heaping portion of meat (shish & kufta kabobs, gyro slices). definitely great for the carnivore. my (herbivore) girlfriend got the falafel plate and she thought it was good too. all in all, med grill is a great place for a cheap, no frills lunch. i would definitely eat there again. apparently they also have a location on Monroe (by Piedmont Park) now also
Great find.. This was my first experience with Mediterranean food, and I was very pleased. I wanted to try something different for my birthday. So I made the drive from Sandy Springs to Decatur with fingers crossed. I called in my order shortly after lunch was over and was still given the lunch price. Very nice. Because I wasn't familiar with the type of food I ordered the Combination Feast so I would have a sample of different things and be better able to order at another time. However everything was delicious. My order was ready shortly after I arrived. The chef was very nice and polite. I will definitely be back again.
It's hard not to like this place. Food has been good and consistant for so many years it is hard not to like. I like the potatoes that come with the gyros. Depending on your mood there are many options for small or large plates of food. Service is nice, its not fast, becuase I think they are cooking to order. Worth the wait!
YUMMM!. One of my favorite resturaunts! The falafel is wonderful as is the hummus and lamb. Babba Gonoush(sp.)is wonderfully spiced. The Mediterraniean Grill has wonderful Gyros too!
