Founded in the south in the 1980s, this chain is based on the idea of offering good food and drive-through convenience. Hamburger options include a basic single-patty burger and the two-patty Big Buford. There menu also features chili dogs, chicken strips, chicken sandwiches, batter-dipped spicy fries and shakes. The red-and-white restaurants are known for having two drive-through windows and no interior seating. However, many locations offer walk-up windows and outside seating at picnic-style tables.

Cheap, Convenient Burgers and Fries. Not the best burgers, but good for the price, particularly the specials. When you aren't feeling too guilty about calories, fat and such, grab a few burgers, chili cheese fries and a milkshake.
