I would not recommend going here for permanent make-up. I am a licensed cosmetologist in two states...Georgia and N.C., so I have a background in beauty. I purchased a $300.00 Groupon special and had permanent eyeliner and my eyebrows done here. I am disappointed at the level of professionalism and customer service provided. I had the eyeliner done 4/18/13 and brows done 5/2/13. When I went in on 5/2/13 I informed Sherri that my eyes needed to be redone because you couldn't even tell I had permanent liner on the top and the bottom looked grey. I am an African American woman but, I don't have an extremely dark complexion. I was told that nothing could be done at that point because it was too soon for her to go back in because the healing process takes 6-8 weeks and to book an appointment for a touch-up in early June. I go in for my appointment to get my eyes FIXED and I am charged. I am sorry but if you need permanent make-up TOUCHED-UP in less than 2 months something is not right. I informed her that I felt it was poor customer service, I have contacted Groupon, and now I am making the public aware. As a customer I don't need to know how much you actually received from what I paid Groupon or that you aren't making any money(bu@$sh^%). I couldn't even believe she was saying all these things as her defense. What really pissed me off is that she said I should have told her before I left. I have never had this done before, my eyes were puffy and swollen when I left, everything looked fatter and thicker than it actually was, not to mention I couldn't see as well because of the swelling. I could see the liner on my top eyelid when I left, but after all the swelling went down and my eyes returned to normal I couldn't see anything. Now my eyeliner is almost twice as thick on my left eye as it is on the right and will have to be to be evened up , but I will pay a professional to do the work. I had a wonderful experience at Spa Degas. Not only did Shere do a fabulous job of redoing my eyebrows when a previously done work but she also corrected the eye brows that were done by someone else. I highly recommend her for anyone wanting permanent make-up because she knows what she's doing.

I'm surprised this place has so many negative reviews, I just got my permanent eyeliner done here today and the owner is fantastic. It looks exactly how I wanted it to. She is very intelligent and I'm glad I trusted her to do my make up.

You get what you pay for.
I don't think the facial was worth $75 but it was okay for the Groupon price.
The shoulder massage was the best part.

Worst Spa place. Buyer Beware. Very unprofessional technician answers and talks on the phone while applying permanent make up. Go somewhere else...trust me!

Spa Degas Sherri Permanent make up. I decided to write a review to be fair, as I am really big on word of mouth as well as reviews on behalf of other point of views... To make this short Spa Degas Permanent make up by Sherri is 5 star out of 5. she does a great job, I got my eye permanent make up done by her, she did a great job. You wont regret! She is great!

Absolute worst permanent makeup.
Very inexperienced, poor skilled.
Uneven brows. Basically you end up with 2 different brows (shape, size, color) on 1 face. If I had to compare her skills to an artist, she can color between the lines, but cannot draw. She has no aesthetic value.
Use little numbing solution. The entire process was painful beyond description.
Do not use this business for permanent makeup for brows or eyeliners or you will be sorry for the next 5-10 yrs until they fade.
The photos she uses are not her place of business or her own customers. This is considered fraud or false advertising.

This place is negative 10 stars!. Rude owner and a waste of time. Go somewhere worth while if you are looking for a Spa experience. Never again!
