Excellent Loctician!!!!. I had just moved to Atlanta and I was looking for a qualified, sensitive, and speedy loctician to do my locs. I have long thick locs and most people frown when I walk through the door. I was prepared for that reaction, and the inevitable price hike from what I was quoted on the phone. Well, to my surprise Shadia (the loctician) was not unnerved the least bit. She used Carol's Daughter and Jane Carter Solutions. She was nice, informative, and quick. It cost me 70.00 for my wash, retwist, and style - just like she said on the phone. I've gone back 3 times since, and I'll be going back again soon.
