Best experience ever!. I know all the service reps and they are all awesome. I just love your dealership. I bought my car there. It's so easy and I never bring my car back for anything. (knock on wood) You have helped maintain a 10 year old car and I will always come back to you to keep it going. I love your product and your service. I recommend Volkswagen highly to all my friends and relatives. Good job!

Awesome service. Buying cars is always a painful battle between what you want and what the dealership wants you to have. Not at Jim Ellis, I was in and out the door with the vehicle of my choice in mere hours, and on my terms. I highly recommend Jim Ellis VW, and when you get there, ask for Jane.

Terrible Experience. I have never had such a bad experience as I had here. My sister and I went in looking for a Jetta and felt so unwelcome. We were given the runaround . We were there for literally 5 hours. I wanted to cry!

Positive Experience with Jim Ellis VW. Girard was persistent and helped me get to the right number for both parties. I have had offers from Honda equivalent to what I got for the Jetta but I was holding out for the Jetta because that was more of my preference(actually my daughters preference). I could have had the Honda a few weeks earlier. This is the 4th vehicle that I have purchased/leased from the Jim Ellis dealership and I have been pleased with all of them. I also want to single out the finance person that I spoke with. I'm sorry that I don't have his name but he took the time to explain the numbers even though I was in a hurry, that did not deter him from doing a very good job with giving me with all the possible options open to me and providing me with the chance to go with either a lease or a purchase.--Enrique Trinidad

Jetta TDI. I really liked working with Jason. He did a great a job of explaining all the features of the car and he was very knowledgeable on everything the Jetta TDI had to offer. I actually enjoyed the process compared to the last time I bought a car from a different dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with Jim Ellis I look forward to a great service relationship in the future.

2011 Jetta Sportwagen. I did my research on line and went to Jay. I gave him my numbers which he met. I have never bought a car in 1 day, but I did this in 2.5 hours. I buy a car every 10 years, so when I buy I do much research. I figured I save $803 more at Jim Ellis than others who quoted.--Jerry Ward"

Great transaction Jim Ellis Porsche. "Mike McGregor made my transaction very smooth and comfortable. I was a little leery of the long distance factor as I live in Colorado. Car was in much better shape than I hoped for being 8 years old. It was a consignment car which is obviously not as good a deal for you as regular sale but he gave me same attention as if it was. Purchased used car. The salesperson, Ms. Dailey was easy to work with, and very accommodating. My older son had bought a VW at the Cobb location, and was also very complimentary of that dealership. Car was delivered as promised, totally detailed, and a tank full of gas.
