Great Experience

Chandler Moving provide excellent service regarding my move 11/25/08. I have moved three times in the last five years so I'm familiar with the experience and professional movers (Atlas, United, etc.).

My selection of Chandler was based on the City Search reviews and their service was everything stated. The movers were on time, polite, careful with my furniture (there was no damage) and actually finished under the estimated time. This included protecting my furniture with pads and plastic wrap. I had an entertainment center that was 6' X 6' (one of those boxed items that I assembled myself) and, although they advised me ahead of time that it might not survive the move, they moved it without any problem.

Last but not least, the cost of the move was less than I had expected - perhaps because I moved several things myself such as hanging clothing, kitchen items, etc.

I would definitely use Chandler again and highly recommend them.

A great moving experience

I hired Chandler when I recently moved from a 1 BR apartment to a 2 BR house. They did a great job - very thorough and they took special care of my furniture. The owner called me during the move to make sure things were going smoothly, and followed up with me after the move to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall it was great customer service. I have moved about eight times in the last 10 years, and this was without-a-doubt the smoothest move I have experienced. I highly recommend Chandler.

Good movers

My realtor recommended them, so I called them first. They went through each room of my two bedroom with sunroom apartment and made sure we didn't leave out any furniture from the quote, and they asked about the stairways, etc. She told me the move would cost about $560 based on men and hours. I called two more movers both of whom were short and rude on the phone. One of other movers just kept telling me the hourly rate and that it would take as long as it would take, without asking me about the funiture. So I made the appointment with Chandler. The movers showed up exactly on time and got right to work. The move wound up costing $500 exactly as we had moved our own clothes and wedding gifts as suggested by Chandler. The movers were polite and very helpful, and there was no damage, so it was a pleasant experience.
