Lazy Clerk. I should have turnd around when I walked into the store. I was mailing a pre-paid postage item and printed the bar code on my computer at home. When the clerk tried to scan the barcode, nothing happened. She told me there was nothing she could do. I would have to go home and print another label. I thought that was strange so I went to Mail Room in Banks Crosssing, The clerk there was able to scan the same bar code, When I told her about the other store, she said that the other clerk was lazy and could have keyed in the bar code. My advice to everyone, please stay away from this UPS Store.
