Dry salad, lobster tastes like fish......... Went 3 times, about every 2 years, disappointing each time. Never again!!

My opinion is only about this location.

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment.. In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.

Another chain that doesn't deliver. I went here with low expectations so this will be short and sweet. I understand Red Lobster is a chain restaurant but that doesn't mean you serve garbage. I'm sorry to be rude but the food here is atrocious. It must come precooked and frozen and then it's just reheated. The fish was not fresh at all and I won't be dinning here again.

Disappointing at best. After moving to Canton, we began visiting local restaraunts. One of our first was to Red Lobster. The snow crab legs had a green slime-like film on the outside of the shell. The Crown Royal I ordered was noticeably watered down - I drink enough Crown to know for a fact that it was.

We asked for a manager. 10 minutes later, she arrived and we explained our situation with the slimey film and the watered Crown. She outright told me that the liquor wasn't watered down and would not do anything about it. Although she did comp the crab legs, we will not be returning. I would recommend driving to Kennesaw or Roswell to the Red Lobsters there.

I just can't get over the manager on duty actually telling me that I was lying to her (not in those words, but what else does she mean?) by saying that the Crown wasn't watered down! General principal tells me not to return until I see a sign out front that says 'under new management' or 'under new ownership.'
