Roaches! Roaches! Roaches!. I will never return to this place! I thought I was enjoying a dinner with my three kids. My two year old was asleep in his stroller so I only ordered him a sprite, knowing the twins would have food left over for him to eat when he awaken.

We ate our food and I left a 20% tip for the servers. My server was training another person. As we were leaving my son woke up from his nap and I gave him the food and his sprite to drink. When he handed me the sprite back. There was a huge roach with the longest legs I've ever seen in his cup.

I immediately went back to the store and ask for the manager. The server told me there wasn't a manager on duty. I explained to whom ever was in charge what happened and he offered to take 20% off my tab. I declined and asked for the manager's number. I called and left a message. No return phone call. I went back up there on a week day and spoke with the manager and asked why didn't he return my phone call. I didn't get a real answer and he offered to refund me the price of the infested sprite. What a loser!

Delicious, Clean, Well Ran Place. There not many restaurants to be proud of here in Douglasville, however I can def. say that this one is something to be proud of. This place is well lit up, clean, cant believe its 10 years old, it looks brand new. The food looks picture perfect especially the burgers. When my server Kevin brought it to me, it looked like it came from a magazine it was perfect. Everything was fresh, hot, and wonderful. The milkshakes were awesome!! The management does a great job and I will be back very often, especially for the Movie ticket deal they have with the theater!

Go there once a week! Love it. I work in the mall, I eat at Johnny rockets once a week! The food is great and the staff is friendly! I love the shakes, I crave one when Im at work all the time.

Johnny Rockets GREAT!!!. This place was fantastic!!! The place is clean, they have a great health score which is rare in Douglasville. Friendly service and most of all the food was wonderful! The shakes are killer!! They have so many flavors. Our server Nick was the greatest and he got all the servers to Dance!! Take your family and especially kids to this place!

Can You Say Roaches!. This is another wonderful Douglasville restaurant that the health department is letting get away with a german roach infestation. Its also always dirty when you go into the diningroom, its in the mall next to the movie theatre, I'd advise you to stear clear

A neon-lit trip back to the Eisenhower era comes with burgers, shakes and fries.. In Short

Besides fast food staples like hot dogs, cheeseburgers, tuna melts and onion rings, options like the Streamliner (a grilled veggie patty) acknowledge more modern dietary concerns. Even better for kids, sandwiches come wrapped in paper jackets and nearly everything is served on paper plates. No spills. No breaks. No tears.

Decent food. Bad service recently. Milk shakes are wonderful.. I 1st off want to say this is the one place I have eaten at most inside of the mall. Working in retail at Arbor place for over 2 yr's I go here often. I've seen a turn within this past yr. for the bad. It isn't the food, it is the servers whom they are hiring here. Use to you could go into Johnny Rockets and get down with the employees to the YMCA. I have not seen them dance in over a yr. now. That is suppose to be one of the staples of Johnny Rocket's, along with it's 50's malt shop atmosphere. The place is small, so especially on weekends you are going to wait for a table. Their chili I love, because I am partial to chili with no beans in it. I LOVE their milkshakes.

If they could just hire some better servers they would be highly recommended by me. They are mostly all high school kids who walk at a snails pace now, and act like they hate their job and hate waiting on you. I know the manager there, but he spends more of his time outside smoking than he does inside making them speed up like he should be doing.

Back to the 50's. After a hard day of mall shopping you are looking for a place to relax a bit. This is it! Come in and try one of their shakes. They are super! The Tuna melt is pretty good if you are wanting a light snack. It is kinda fun to go with your guy or girl no matter what your age.
