Burger King in Hiram, GA. Feb 7,2009 My boyfriend and I stopped by the Burger King in Hiram. First off the cashier had to have the manager come over and help him with our order (very simple order - order combo #s). The manager ask a question and we had to get him to repeat it several times - he didn't speak english very well. We finally got our food and went to sit down and all the tables in the place were dirty and the floor had trash on it. There were enough workers to have someone out in the eating area cleaning up. I cleaned off a table. First bite into my hamburger and I realize it is cold. I tell my boyfriend and he proceeds to tell one of the workers that had come out from behind the counter. He goes back behind the counter and we wait and wait. We were thinking the manager would come out to see what our problem was. Finally my boyfriend goes to the counter and tells them about the cold hamburger. After about 10 minutes I get a new hamburger. The manager never apologized - he just didn't care. Service stinks at this Burger King. Where has the American dream of being prideful in your establishment? Where has make the customer happy ? We pay for this service or lack of service. Until we American start standing up for ourselves this will continue to go on. I will not go back to this restaurant again. I know that my money will not be missed but if more would get involved then it could make a difference in America.

Flame-broiled burgers--especially the trademarked Whopper--are royalty at this popular fast-food chain.. In Short
Founded in 1954, this ultracasual eatery (often with a drive-through) made its name with hamburgers cooked over flames and finished with the customer's choice of toppings. The signature sandwich has always been the Whopper, a quarter-pound burger with tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles and onions. The menu also features fish fillets and spicy chicken sandwiches, garden salads with fire-grilled shrimp and chicken, the breakfast "Croissan'wich," crispy onion rings and even veggie burgers.
