I had booked 3 separate appointments (using gift certificates given to me as a gift) within a week of each other, and the location closed with NO NOTICE. I arrived for my first appointment to find a note on the door explaining that they had closed due to unforeseen circumstances, and that if I had not been notified, it was because I must have provided the wrong information...funny, I had booked my appointment the week before and had provided my info. WHERE IS MY SPA TREATMENT? Very disappointing. I think they should be reimbursing those who have spent money and haven't gotten the services they paid for!!

I am very disappointed with the way they didn't inform me of the location closing. I have a prepaid certificate for services. Not only did I not receive services I also lost my money that I had used to purchase them

Lord & Lady was my second beauty salon after relocating to the area and I have not been disappointed since. From the warm greeting upon entrance to the offer of a refreshing drink to the ultimate pampering service be it getting a new hair do to a full body massage, they really know how to make their client's feel special. Their stylists are talented and friendly. They truly know how to make every lady feel like a queen as well as making a gentleman feel like a lord. Who could aks for anything more. It's my very own neighborhood haven for rest, relaxation and beauty.
