We have used Dr. Justin Toth at the Dallas Highway Animal Hospital for our vet for about 10 years. He took care of our Brittany Spaniel, Abbey, until she died of cancer at age 13 in Ocotber of 2010. Losing a pet is never easy, but Dr. Toth and his staff offered excellent care and compassion throughout Abbey's illness and death. When we rescued another Brittany, Lady, in February of 2012, we did not even consider taking her to any other veterinary practice. Dr. Toth and his staff now offer the same excellent medical care for Lady that they did for Abbey. Lady has had some serious skin issues and Dr. Toth has been right on top of the situation. He is a compassionate and caring doctor who is just the best! Also of importance is how clean the facility is and how professional the staff is. We have complete trust in Dr. Toth, Dr. Chase, and the staff. There are just no negatives!

Calm and Patient. Our Dalmation, Wilson, suffers with seasonal allergies and is a challenge to examine. Dr. Chase and the Vet Tech were so patient with Wilson. They got down on his level to examine him, held him firmly, but gently. Dr. Chase was very thorough, asking lots of questions about his medical history. We will be glad to have Dr. Chase treat our other two dogs.

Wonderful Vet and Staff. We have been going to DHAH for 10 years and the entire staff has been wonderful! We had two kitties they cared for until 2005. Now we have Bailey, our Shih Tzu, and we love how compassionate and caring everyone there has been to us and our animals. They all truly care about every animal (and owner) that comes in, and are highly recommended.

Exceptional Vet!. The service and hospitality are exceptional! We moved to Atlanta a few months ago and our dog needed surgery right after we got here. We called several vets to request information. Dr. Toth returned our call within an hour and spent at least 25 minutes listening to our dog's symptoms and patiently and thoroughly explaining what could potentially be wrong with our dog and our options. At our first appointment, he assessed our dog and told us our options and explained each procedure. He made us feel very comfortable and had visuals to show us exactly what he would be doing. To get our dog right in, Dr. Toth worked through his lunch. Our dog had surgery on a Wednesday and Saturday evening we had a few concerns. We emailed Dr. Toth around 3pm and he called us at 8pm. It was a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. We were extremely impressed and grateful! Dr. Toth makes frequent follow-up phone calls. He truly cares about the animals he cares for. We are so happy to have found him!

All-around great animal hospital. We have a 7 year old long-haired Chihuahua named Gabe. They do a wonderful job with his yearly check-ups. It is thorough and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone (and I have, several times)!!

A The BEST vets and staff we have ever come across!!!!. Our 10 month old boxer-bull terrior mix was in dire straits when we brought him to Dallas Hwy Animal Hospital. He had already had surgery at another vet clinic for a foreign object removal from his intestine. The lack of post-op care given to him at this other vet clinic was inexcusable. Our pup was on death's door. Dallas Hwy Animal Hospital was recommended to us from a friend. What a gift that recommendaton was!! From the minute I called, I could feel this was the place that could help our incredibly sick dog. Dr. Chase let us know that she would have to open him back up due to the septic fluid in his abdominal cavity. Both she and Dr. Toth literally saved our dog's life having to separate adhered, infected intestine from the dog's other organs (an obviously long and painstaking process). The staff at DHAH are awesome as well. They exude compassion and kindness from the first call I made to the day we were able to bring our puppy home! While this site only allows 5 stars, if I could really rate them what I think they are worth, I'd give them a million! The best animal hospital we have ever had! Wish they worked on people too!!!

The Doctor is IN!!!!. Had a sick kitty over the weekend. Our vet did not make it to work and neither did the back-up. Went by DHAH and they were able to squeeze us in. The Doctor and nurse were both thorough and caring and the receptionists were awesome too!.. In no time kitty was back to normal.

Looks like we found a new vet! Thanks

Pets in good care. Staff is friendly and attentive, and know my animals by name even though they have many cross their paths on a daily basis.

It's also easy to make appointments and get my pets in rather quickly if an emergency arises.

Such a Pleasant Experience. Dr. Chase was great with our dog, took time to talk with us and go over things and actually answer our questions, didn't make us feel rushed. Anytime I call the office with a question, no matter how small the staff is so friendly and willing to help any way they can. It's so refreshing and makes you really happy to take your pet there. So glad we chose this Vet for our puppy!

Dr. Toth is brilliant!. Dr. Toth and his staff have provided the finest care to my pet's for close to ten years now. West Cobb is extremely fortunate to have a vet clinic of this caliber!

Having been involved with many animal rescue/veterinarians all over the metro Atlanta area I was dumbfounded to happen upon the sheer brilliance of Dr.Toth way out here in Powder Springs. He has been a Godsend to all of my animals but especially to my dog Beau. He was diagnosed has having the most aggressive form of sarcoma and given six months to live but Dr.Toth removed the tumor and totally eradicated it without even treating him with chemo. Two years later Beau's prognosis was even more dismal having been told he had bone cancer and a month to live. Dr.Toth painstakingly operated on Beau and again the cancer never returned. Beau died at the ripe old age of 14 years thanks to him. Dr.Toth's medical training and surgical skills are absolute genious. I am forever indebted to him and his most thoughtful staff. They are wonderful!!!
