Spends little time with patients.
I was pretty disappointed that this is the typical assembly line, pack-as-many-patients-in type of place. Front desk staff was nice except for one lady that was rude. They all seemed tired and unhappy to be there. The PA Gregory Cavuto spent less than 2 minutes with me; he was in a huge hurry which I found annoying because I had an appointment. He said he didn't know what was wrong with me and he would have to consult with a doctor. The brace lady was nice, but I understand that she does not actually work for the doctor but for the brace company. Once again the front office lady was downright rude to me on the way out; she kept repeating "Thank you!" in a loud voice trying to hurry me out the door. When I called for follow up, the nurse told me to follow the PA's plan for treatment, but he had said he didn't know what was wrong with me! I think they forgot about me and were trying to cover their mistake. I should have followed my instincts and gone somewhere else.
