To Christy H. We are very disappointed in the manner of which your experience was handled. In the past the stylist has always been the person to consult with the client as to what they are looking to achieve as well as the cost of the service. It's very difficult to quote exact prices for services on the phone.

I apologize that our stylist did not do this and also I have made adjustments to our website so future clients know to discuss with their stylist to determine if the client has an extra amount of hair that requires more product than standard prices. I have left a message on your phone to let you know we will refund the extra product charge.

As for a service lasting 2.5 hours for a highlight with long hair- this is typical of the industry if you're getting the attention and quality you deserve. Your refund is available at your convenience along with a gift certificate for future services. My sincerest apologies.

I would NOT recomend this salon. They charged me an extra $30 for my hair color. Their website does not mention additional charges for long hair and they didn't say anything when I called about pricing. The stylist did a nice job but it took 2.5 hours for a cut and color. I was pleased with my hair but was treated very poorly when I asked about the additional charges. I will never go back. There are too many other salons that do a good job at the prices quoted.

Great customer service, excellent price, highest quality. They have been doing my hair for years. I have always loved my hair and everyone compliments it everywhere I go! I get a lot of changes in cut and color and Shannon just knows exactly what to do each time. Even when I want something that my hair will not do he is quick to point that out, however he almost always cuts it to the pictures I show him. It is just nice to go in and not have to worry what I will look like when I leave. He is ahead of the fashion curve so my hair always looks in and has a modern twist! A true artist!
