What a great night.. My family and I decided to go to Sapporo on a Friday and I recommend making a reservation becase it can get very busy. But the family and I only had to wait about 15 minutes, but liked the wait, it gave us time to sit at the quaint bar. All of the food was very very good and you certainly get your moneys worth. The whole staff was great from the hostesses to the bartender to the waitress and chefs. It was a great night and I would certainly go back in a heart beat.

Worst Dining experience ever! Finally walked out! HORRIBLE Customer Service!. We had been to this place before. My husband liked it so I made reservations for his birthday. My folks arrived 6:15, before we did. Our reservations were at 6:30. We walked into the restaurant at 6:30 sharp.

Instead of seating us, they seated people without reservations. The teenage hostesses claimed that we were late. We had to wait another 30 minutes. Then, instead of seating us at a table with chairs, they tried to seat us on a floor/benchseat. I was 8 MONTHS Pregnant at the time!!! My father hurt his knee trying to get in & out of the booth. We spoke to the owner who refused to do anything at all. He wanted us to wait another HOUR before being seated in a booth.

I'll never go back there. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Past experience: The food is mediocre for the price.
