Good service, bad chinese food!. Tried them out for dinner tonight given the lady was craving for some good chinese food. The interior ambience is good. Ordered hot/sour soup & 2 entrees from their vegetables menu and requested a "medium spicy" preparation. The soup was cold but tasted ok. The sauce in the first entree (snow pea/mushroom) was very sweet & bland. Tasted bad :-( The second one tasted similar. We mentioned this to the manager on our way out and he asked us to request "un-sweet" version next time. That was quite amusing to hear given the menu does not mention anything about sweet. If you want good chinese food, this is not it.

Great Food... Good Service... Freshest Chinese Food ive ever had!!!. I work down the street from this place and I ve passed it numerous times coming from work... so i decided to go in and try it... the place is very clean nice designed/decorated... i was greeted as soon as i enetered and walked to a table... The servers were good and they quickly took my order... i received my soup in 2 or 3 minutes and 2 minutes following my soup, my entree' was on my table... i would say this place is great for lunch because they get you in and get you out quickly.... i had the kung pao chicken which was rather tasty and flavrful... everyone else's food around me looked very good and the presentation of the food was nice... I would recommend this place to any and everyone possible...

Some of the best Chinese food in Alpharetta. Very nice, clean and tastefully decorated restaurant. The food comes out fast and is better than any we have found in Alpharetta, including those that charge much more for their food.

Great food, Cleanest restaurant. I travel almost every week, every time I travel to Alpharetta, Ga. I have to get my chinese food at Lin's. Personally, I like almost every item on the menu. I have one most important thing to say is, Lin's by far is the cleanest restaurant I've dine-in thus far.

Better Than We Expected. We live at exit #14 off 400. Have been eating at Chef Chu for a long time, but they closed. I found Lin's last weekend, I should said that its the best I ever had. Its better that chef chu. The ingredeint is fresh and the cooking is flavorful. We ordered the Happy Family and sesame chicken, both YUMMY! This will not be my last time, btw the service was prompt(consider they have a full house on friday night) and the restaurant is clean, very clean.

Rude and Unprofessional Mgmt. I have been going to Lin's since they opened for business. While the food is ok, the management (Husband and Wife) team are the most unprofessional, non customer friendly group I have ever experienced. They charged for adding white onion to a dish, $1.07, and when questioned what the charge was for they got an attitude and starting yelling at me (the customer). Then proceeded to dispute a charge that is not listed on the menu nor mentioned that it will be an additional charge when ordered. To add icing to the cake, told me not to come back - don't worry about that I will never, ever come back and will let everyone I know not to patronize them as well. May they use the additional undisclosed charges to pay for a Customer Relations course or simply close down the business if you can't handle the pressure. You should not open a restaurant in the U.S.A. and not be able to handle questions -- move back home, perhaps that is an acceptable practice there...

Best Seafood Hot & Sour Soup. I can never get enough of their hot and sour soup. When I do not feel well, this soup actually make me well. Beside soup, their entrees ie Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef and House Pan Fried Noodle are all taste the best! I will not try chinese food any where else.

Thanks for the Soup!. My husband was in the hospital, I stopped by to order something for my husband, he just have a strange request to have chicken broth and tofu only. When I stopped by the restaurant, I ask for a special order of soup which is not on the menu and they actually very helpful to accomadate to my request. They even feel the sympathy and made the soup on the house when the heard that my husband was sick and in the hospital. Thanks Lin's, The soup really make my husband 100% better and we will be back soon.
