This business is a freaking joke. My mother-in-law called him out in November of 2011 to fix her tv. He took her ENTIRE circuit board out, charged her $150 upfront and has not been heard from since. She called a bunch of times, got in touch with him once and another later who apparently orders all the parts and every time she called he would or she would say the parts are on back order or some other nonsense excuse. She STILL hasn't heard from and it's coming up on a year since he originally came out. It's ridiculous.
Had stereo component and 47" flat screen both repaired there , it did take 2 weeks to ge finished because of parts having to be ordered from out of state but very pleased with the service and the price. The people there seemed very nice and knowledgeable , not anything like the scary comments I read on this page . Maybe those folks got back what they were dishing out. Remember you attract more bees with honey!
Excellent service!!. I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. We have dealed with High Tech twice, the most recent today. We dropped off our flat screen tv in the am and he made sure it was ready, repaired, and we picked it up at 430, brought it home, and works like new. He saved us about $1400 that we were going to spend on a new TV. Repair charges were fair and service was friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again.
My experience at Hi-Tech was great , I don't know what all the hype is about !! I received fast and friendly service and it was cost effective.I know not all businesses can make ALL customers happy so after seeing these bad reviews I decided to give them a shot and I am glad I did. So people don't believe ALL that you see and hear .
never use Hi-Tech Electronics. Please never use Hi-tech electronics in winder ,Bill isnt nothing but a rip off ,my father t.v. tore up call him out to fix it ,he charges $75.00 fee to come out then when he got there he wanted half the money up front, so my dad gives it to him ,he told my dad he needed a couple of parts would have to order them but should have it going in a week or ,so he misses the first appointment to come out and fix it, wont return phone calls ,the only way we could get him on the phone was to call from a differnt phone and act like we needed a tv repaired ,all we hear is no later then this day and then he dosent show up he has missed 11 appointment ,so my dad is out of about $300.00 and finally he calls saying he would be there at 9:00 sent 2 people with the parts to put back in the tv at 4:30 guess what tv dosent work ,said he would also refund some of the money due to the time length ect ,the workers try to get him on the phone he wont answer them either so after waiting over a month tv is still torn up and my dad out of $300 ,so please never use this guy ,all he does is takes your money and lies to you if you can even get him on the phone!
Worst Service Tech in the State.. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. Had a Phillips TV for over 2 months, failed to repair and would never be there so I could collect TV. Kept saying Phillips does not have the part in stock. When I called Phillips myself in Tennessee, they said they had every part available for every TV and said had no order from Hi Tech. Also when confronted with this information said he found new problems with TV and Phillips did not have this product in stock either. Do not use this service. He is subject to criminal and civil proceedings if he continues to refuse to return my TV.
Extremely Poor!!!!! Service. This guy is totally unprofessional. He has had our tv part for over three months. I am waiting on him again today. He will not show as usual. He will not even call. He has $200 of my money already. Do Not!!!, I say DO NOT USE THIS GUY unless you are willing to be ripped off. He is a total RIP OFF ARTIST!!!
