The Scene
This brick-and-clapboard inn is more private than a converted-home B&B, but conversation is easy to find. Head downstairs for a full-service restaurant and lounge, or just down the street for some of Savannah's best restaurants and nightlife. Spirits aren't confined to the basement bar, though. The brokenhearted ghost of young Anna Powers, who threw herself from the third floor balcony, is rumored to occasionally tease the visitors in Room 204.
The Details
The guesthouse accommodates with the privacy of an inn and the comforts of a B&B, such as fresh fruit in the guest rooms and breakfast served every morning in the restaurant. A CD player in each of the inn's 14 rooms offsets colonial-era antiques. Most rooms come with a fireplace and minibar.
