Trust Security is the perfect name for this company! We have been with this company for a couple of years and our experience with the staff and owner have been excellent. Our alarm went off and we had no idea why so we called and spoke to a very nice young lady named Kandi. She said that she was not sure what the problem was but she would have the owner call us and see if he could trouble shoot the problem with us. He was very helpful and walked us through the problem and it was a quick fix. We were impressed that the owner took his time to do this.....he went the extra mile! Thanks Trust Security for all you do!

We have been happy customers of Trust Security for many years. When we have called the office with questions or concerns, we have been very pleased with the office manager and the other staff as well. They are very prompt in returning our calls and are always very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Trust Security to any and all of our friends and neighbors!

Con Artists. Please stay away from this firm unless you prefer to ripped-off! This company became a real pain in the A**(nuisance) when I tried to cancel my contract. I had patronized them for several years and only needed to cancel their services because I sold my house. I paid them on-time as agreed and was very surprised when they wanted to charge me an extra 3 months ($97) to terminate. Their representative name Kandi Coleman said that she would send me a termination request form but did so only after about 5 months. Then she sent the form along with another bill for an additional $38. I imagine for 2 extra months. The only reason I patronized this company was because the builder of my new home offer a free 6 months service with them. Apparently, they try to recoup the money once the customer attempts to terminate their services. What a rip-off as pure unethical jerks.

I hope that this review save you the unnecessary burden from this terrible company.

WORST EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THERE IS A LADY IN THE OFFICE THAT IS RUDE TO EVERYONE THAT CALLS. MY ENTIRE FAMILY AND LOTS OF MY FRIENDS WERE WITH TRUST SECURITY AND WE HAVE ALL SWITCHED DUE TO THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE CONTRACT THAT IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM. IF YOU SIGN WITH THEM READ THE CONTRACT!!! DO NOT SIGN YOUR LIFE AWAY TO THEM BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT WITH THEM. THE LADY IN THE OFFICE REFUSES TO CALL ANYONE BACK TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS, AND WHEN SHE FINALLY GETS ON THE PHONE SHE IS RUDE. I ONLY RATED THIS COMPANY A 1 BECAUSE I HAD TO CHOOSE SOMETHING. I GIVE THIS AN F ALL DAY LONG. I BET ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THERE IS NO WAY SOMEONE WAS THAT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. PLUS THE LADYS LAST NAME IN THE OFFICE MATCHES A REVIEW ON HERE...FAKE!!!!!!!

Trust In Trust Security. Trust Security has saved me a lot of headaches when it comes to the protection of my family. With all of the latest technology and the best prices around, I couldn't see going anywhere else. If my alarm goes off, they are on the phone within seconds. If I need to speak to someone in the office they are always available. Technicians are on call 24 hours a day and will come to your house promptly if they are needed. It is not everyday that you get the good old fashion service that you do with this company. I don't feel like just another account number, and that kind of service is hard to come by. My wife and I feel secure knowing our home is protected in the hands of Trust Security.

Great Company. I have been with Trust Security for over 5 years now. They have always been there as soon as they are needed, even after hours. I had to add their services to another house and this was done with no problems at all. If you call you will talk to the nicest people that are clearly there to help..and not to mention their affordable prices. Any questions that I may have are answered with only a phone call. I would refer anyone to Trust Security. Their name fits them right!! Thanks for watching over us for all these years Trust Security!!

Stay Away from Trust Security. Trust Security is full of lies and games.

I don't like the fact that they auto renew you. If I signed for a 1 year contract, then let it be a 1 year contract.

My complaint is the terrible customer service, lies, and hard to cancel policy.

The install was very smooth sailing. The install tech was very nice, of course because they want your business. Whenever my alarm went off, they responded very quickly.

A little while later I called to get the price of an additional keypad upstairs. I was told $125 total price. I called a week later to get the work done and was told by someone else that the total would be $175. I told the 2nd lady that I talked to that the other lady said $125. I gave her the lady's name and time and date that I called. The 1st lady got on the phone said rudely, "I didn't tell you that it would be $125." We argued back and forth, and I hung up on the very rude lady.

Sometimes I'd call with a question that the receptionist could not answer. It would take 2 or more days for someone to call me back.

I had to call in 3 times to change my phone numbers. Whoever I spoke with on those 3 times never put the request in like she said.

I called to inquire about cancelling and was told that I'd have to pay a year's worth of service because they auto renewed me. The lady was telling me what page I had signed in the contract. I told her that I don't have that page and to please send me a cancellation and the contract that I signed.

A month later I did not have the paperwork. I called again to request the paperwork. I still have not received the paperwork because they claim that I never wanted to cancel.

As of today this will be my 4th time trying to cancel. They continue to send me bills but won't send the cancellation and contract documents that I requested.

Stay away from Trust Security. If you must use them, make sure that you cancel far in advance and follow up if they don't send you the cancellation documents in time.
