Fast, Courteous, and Done right all the time.. Bob and Patti are wonderful. From emissions, oil changes, tires, brakes....and being broken down....stranded and needing to be towed we have never been disappointed with any aspect of Car Care America's service. First and foremost they are HONEST! Their quality of work is first rate, their prices are highly competitive and they are a pleasure to communicate with. My wife and I are very glad we found them since moving to Georgia in 2005!

Refreshingly Clean, Friendly & Speedy. I went to Car Care America for the 1st time this week to have my emissions done. It was so nice and clean and they were so friendly that I decided to have a 30k service. Bob explained what was going on with my car in layman's terms and Patti had me rolling on the floor laughing. It's cool to be able to support local business - especially one that is totally worthy of it! I'll be back.

Prompt and speedy full service car repair at a great price!. I dropped by Car Care America to have my emissions tested (forgot to renew my tag in my birthday month again, so I was dodging cops for a week until I remembered). Not only did Car Care America provide a quick emissions test, they noticed an issue with my car that really saved me some time and money. It was a good reminder to get your regular maintenance done to avoid expensive problems from popping up later. I was lucky though. The folks at Car Care America were able to diagnose and fix my issue and to save me money in the process. Thank goodness! I'd recommend them to anybody and everybody!

These guys saved me from buying a lemon. Car Care America saved me a fortune! I have been looking at used cars for some time and although I was looking at a luxury vehicle that was only a couple of years old I was advised by a family member to have the car checked out before I signed on the dotted line. I went to CCA because I had my emissions tested there once and I liked the cleanliness and speed of service.

I took this used vehicle to them and although it was being sold by a reputable dealer and was 'certified' the shop's findings were shocking! The car was rusting underneath (I later found out it had been eaten by salt). They gave me a full report that I was able to take back to the dealer and they advised me not to buy the car. I took a second to them and it checked out perfectly except for minor things. The owner, Rob (I think), explained the minor things it needed to me in great detail and told me the car was a good looking car. Based on the evaluation (under $100) I was able to negotiate new tires with the dealer ($1200 value) and had the peace of mind that the car is going to be reliable. As a women, in a man's industry it is so refreshing to be able to go to a clean, honest shop around the corner from my house and be treated properly. They even have a desk where I was able to grade papers while I waited! I have a new shop and would recommend it to anyone!!

Great, Family-run shop!. I have been going to Car Care America for 7 years, and there was only one complaint I have ever had. I'm pretty picky when it comes to my cars, and I have to say...Patti and Bob are very receptive to perfectionists. One day when I picked my car up (facing out to the road for convenience, with the keys in the ignition and the door open...talk about customer service) there was a white sheet of paper on my floor mat. I didn't know what to think of this at first, but when I got in the car I realized it was to maintain the integrity of my interior. These people are really great about making your service seamless. They drive me to work when I drop my car off as a part of their "shuttle service", and have even picked me up from work! Their prices are competitive, they keep me informed about what my cars need, and they have never charged me for services that I have not authorized. I don't know what this other person is complaining about, but Patti has always been a sweetheart to me.

Patti was so RUDE! (Owner's wife). Patti was SO RUDE! And she is the wife of the owner!! The plain and simple fact was that I was not spending hundreds of dollars in their shop THAT day. She kept trying to push me into repairs that ultimately would cost us over a thousand dollars. I went in for a diagnostics report yet was not given one. (they don't make copies or write anything down apparently) I had to write it down myself! I wanted to ask my husband first about the repairs but she was so condescending and sarcastic to me that even if the repairs were free I would not go back. It?s extremely close and they don?t charge dealership prices (but so do a lot of other places). Had she behaved in a dignified manner she would have gained all our business because (just moving from TX) we are looking for a single place to take our cars. I have had other repairs done before such as brakes, tires, and etc. And I have asked all the same kinds of questions before. I have gone in for other diagnostics too. But have NEVER experienced the lack of professionalism that was at Car Care America!

Absolutely reliable car repair shop!!!. I trust Car Care America completely. They can do any kind of work you need on your car from emissions to engine replacement, and they do it with a smile!!! When they tell you a price, you can trust its absolutely fair and that the job will be done right! Give them a call the next time you need maintenance on your cars and they will take care of you, I promise!!
