In Short – An array of drink specials ($5 margs, $1 beers) and a menu built for the masses keeps this brightly-colored Highlands cantina slammed on a nightly basis. The affordable style and primo location attract a diverse crowd: stalwart scenesters starting their night with a light nosh; upwardly mobile 20- and 30-somethings sipping margaritas after work; and Emory seniors who nurse pitchers of beer and flirt with the upbeat, if slightly scatterbrained, servers. The "tapas" menu is more about style than authenticity and caters to every taste imaginable. Barbecue chicken pizza, mini…

Wonderful atmosphere, great looking crowd, good drinks, and delicious food...
We spent about 4 hours at the new Vinings location, has a fireplace in center and great outside seating.
Would go back.
- Pros: cheap drinks, cozy atmosphere
Worst meal of all time
by campbsr at Citysearch
$10 monday meal is far and away the worst meal I've ever approached. Compatriots' reviews were varied but consistent:
"This is McDonald's quality food without the taste."
Diner 1: "They are clearly using leftovers from the weekend.
Diner 2: I'm certain that the leftovers' came from the waiters' personal themselves."
For god's sake, we were served Penne pasta with texas chili. Really, that's what spanish tapas are about? What's surprising is that this course was actually more authentic than the first course which was weak-old iceberg with a dash of some gelatinous foul dressing.
The tragic food somehow exceeded the service which was plagued with indifference, apathy, and self-hatred. The only logical explanation for the waiters' detached dreariness is that they are forced to sample the food which they serve.
The dinner was an abomination of every sort. I'm embarrassed to have darkened the door of this establishment with zero self-respect. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Noche, where you constantly wonder if you're on candid camera.
- Pros: Absolutely nothing
- Cons: Terrible food, terrible service
