HORRIBLE!!!!. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I have been living here for a few months now and none of the issues have been resolved. When i first moved in, we did a walk through and found a few things not up to par, one of them being a broken window. Four months have passed with none of the problems being fixed. About two months ago I walked out to the breezeway and leaned on the rail to just get some fresh air and looks out at the woods, and all of a sudden the boards holding up the rail just crumbled and I almost fell two stories. The rail fell to the ground and that's when i started looking at the exterior of the buildings. I noticed that almost every building is rotting on the outside. The wood is literally disintegrating. I watched a bird fly into a hole the other in the siding. When I told one of the women at the office she asked me if I lived where the bird went in and when I said no she brushed it off and said " I'll wait until they call us." WHAT??!! Move in at your own risk, you've been warned!!!

Stay Away. Lots of fleas, termites, fruit flies. Had so many issues with pest, took them forever to deal with. I'm super clean with no pets, never had issues with pest until moving here. Its been a nightmare.

Poor Customer Service. This apartment complex has the worst customer service. It does not abide by the concept of quality customer service. If you want to live in a place that does not value their customers then this is the perfect place. I am a resident that pays on time, never causes any trouble, but still gets treated with "you come a dime a dozen" attitdue.
