DO NOT MOVE HERE

This place is HORRIBLE! First off when I decided to move here I was promised I'd be moving into an apartment that I liked. I then got a call from the office and they said the person that was living in the apartment I was promised decided not to move out (this was about 1 week before I was scheduled to move in). So they put me in an apartment I'd never seen before. I got here and the floors had stains all over them and ants were coming out of the shower faucets. They called a carpet cleaner and there are still stains on the carpet. It's disgusting. They sprayed for ants and now they've returned and I swear there's not a week that goes by I don't see a roach. The walls are paper thin and the water/sewer/trash bill is constantly going up, it's now ABOVE $100!!! And I'm not just paying for MY water usage. The water company bills the complex and then the complex splits that bill between everyone living here so you actually pay the complex and I know I'm being ripped off. This place is the most horrific unsafe complex I've ever been in and I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. The ceilings are sinking in and I'm surprised they haven't totally caved in yet because it looks like they aren't far from it. I would highly recommend NOT moving here unless you love to living in a broken down, bug filled apartment.

I have lived here for two years and I like it here. There were bugs when I first moved here but the leasing office and I took care of the problem. Everytime something broke they sent someone to fix it within a reasonable time. The fitness center is no the best, but the pool is nice and its open year round. The size of my apartment was pretty nice. I live in the 2B/2B. I never had any problems with the leasing agents because they were pretty nice. I would continue to live here but its getting to expensive.

I hate this place! At first the people in the office were so sweet and so helpful....untill I signed the least. They showed us the model home and told us ours would look almost exactly alike but they couldn't find the time to show us the actual place. They are anything but helpful! And they blame everyone but themselves nothing in my apartment works they say they fixed it but the only thing they did was break it more or put dents in the walls while tracking dirt thru the apartment! I told them about gum stuck all over the deck but they said they couldnt find any! Nasty cockroaches silver fish running around. Part of my ceiling is caving in and the put a new coat of paint on it to correct the problem....well that doesnt fix it its still caving in!!!! I hate this place so much I'm at my wits end. So if youre looking to rent here do a favor for yourself and keep looking I wish I did.
- Pros: at first glance it looks great...now that i live here none
- Cons: so so so many cons
