Keepers!. They are very talented and their management shows a high degree of integrity. I was highly impressed by the extra lengths they went to to discover the cause of my computer problem.

[I saw the earlier review about being rude--some of the staff seem very young. Before I took my laptop to them (having just been through a bad experience elsewhere), I called to explain the symptoms and asked what would happen if their repair didn't really solve the problem; I got a wounded response "It sounds like you don't trust us!" I explained that I was asking if they guaranteed their work and was told, "Oh. Of course we do!" LOL] Meanwhile, my computer's problems were not easy to diagnose and the staff went the extra mile to identify the problem. I would gladly go back to them if I need computer help again.
