Very good experience

We bought a pre-owned Mercedes from RBM for my wife.

We did our research and also read a few reviews on all the Mercedes dealerships in the Atlanta area.

RBM seemed to have the highest ratings when it came to customer service so we decided to start our initial search there.

I personally can be overly critical when it comes to customer service and have zero patience with the lack thereof. Needless to say we were not disappointed with RBM. It took more than one trip to the dealership on Roswell Rd and more than one test drive for us to finally make our decision. Our salesman Ryan was extremely patient and answered every question to our satisfaction. They kept us well within our budget, did not try to "up-sell" us and gave us a fair price on our trade-in. The negotiation went smoothly and we never felt like we were getting the runaround that you can sometimes experience at lower end car dealerships.

Even after the sale, the level of customer service has been far above any other dealership we visited. If they treat you this well when buying a pre-owned, imagine how they'll make you feel when you buy a new Mercedes. I highly recommend them.
