lots of turnover. I've been to North Springs 3 times over the course of a year and a half and, while I liked two of the vets, I never saw the same one twice. The office staff is always different too. This tells me something about the management.

The last time I was there was to pick my 17-year-old, sick cat up from an overnight visit. We walked into the back as the assistant was putting Patches into his crate. She had him by the scruff (which I understand - he wasn't a happy guy) and had the crate upended so she could lower him in. But instead of lowering him, she dropped him from about 4 feet up, flipped the crate over and shut the door. I watched as my poor little buddy of 17 years struggled with arthritic joints to right himself. I almost went ballistic! I won't be darkening their door ever again.

Awesome Vet. I love this animal clinic. We mostly see Dr. Sauls, and she is one of the best vets I have ever met. After taking our dog to the ER vet on a Saturday night, Dr. Sauls called us Monday morning to see what happened. I was floored by her concern! Everytime we go there, the entire staff is friendly and helpful, and loves our dog..she gets several treats! We have seen another vet a few times with Dr. Sauls is out, and she was great as well (I can't remember her name though). The entire staff treats both us and our dog with so much respect. I definitely recommend this vet!!

Excellent. I have been going to this Vet office before Dr. Kestle was there and I was not thrilled with the Vet. Since Dr Kestle took over the office, I am more than pleased with the attention and help that she provides. I feel comfortable asking her questions about my dog and I feel that she really cares about their well being. I have a Chihuahua and the shot are a little rough on him sometimes so Dr Kestle breaks up the shot schedule so that his little body can comfortably handle the medications. She treats both of my dogs like family and the staff is excellent as well. They are always full of kind words and helpful advice..

Loving and Knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and outgoing here; they treated my dog like an old friend on her first visit. The doctor was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and had good suggestions. My only complaint: I took my pet here to get groomed, and a lack of clear communication between myself and the groomer resulted in an unsatisfactory trim with which I was (and remain) extremely unhappy. Still, that's no reflection on the doctor or the staff, since the groomer was not an official employee but rather a contract worker.
