oh my gosh! We Rent Atlanta did such an incredible job with my order and having to constantly add to my order because my daughter couldn't keep the guest list to a set number we agreed upon. I am truly lucky to deal with very patient employees. Every time I would call they would always remember me as soon as I would say my name and they would ask how they could help me.
I was very anxious about the whole process from start to finish, but I'm here to tell you "We Rent Atlanta" was incredible!!! The whole team worked together and did a phenomenal job.....
Stay don't run!.
Our Company just used We Rent Atlanta for a large hi end wedding our sales person was Amy Nichols. We could not be more impressed with her professionalism and creativity. I also met with one of the owners while we were in their showroom and he was very nice and helpful. They have more choices than the other local companies with a lot of depth in those items. The delivery crew was very nice and helpful and did not complain about the difficult load in.
After reading the review named "Run away" the only thing I could think of was that it was written by a disgruntled employee. Well who knows if that is the case or not but what I do know is our company will continue to use them for all of our events. Cheers
We Rent Atlanta has been around a long time. They are over 18 years old as a company. They used to be good. They used to have people that worked there that cared. Over the years those people have either run off or been ran off by piss poor "managers" and a crappy attitude from the owners. They are horrible about follow up now unless of course you lose a plate or they think you owe them something, than they are on you like white on rice. But if YOU need something forget it. When they were good there wasn't competittion and now there is, they are hurting for biz. The rumoure mill around town is that they are going to have to close soon because they can't keep customers happy and one of their "managment" hasn't been to work consistently since like 2004 and now his dad is back running the place, from retirment since his "boi" can't bother to run the place anymore. They didnt have a website for forever, they claimed they were redoing it....for like 3 yrs. It's is back up but they don't update it. They have employees listed on their contact page that have not worked there in well over a year. There are products with some pics on the site and they are not right either, they don't "have them anymore" is their answer., then TAKE THEM DOWN.
If you need like 2000 folding chairs you might have to break down and use them, but if not, go somewhere that value people as much as the money the spend.
I rented the standard chairs and tables from this company.
They delivered the chairs on a dolly.
The following day they were to pick up, just as they had dropped off without me on site.
They called me once to make sure the owner was nearby and the next I heard from them I was receiving an email for additional charges.
They claimed they never got the dolly back.
If you can't find an item isn't it best to call your customer.
I think it was the drivers oversight.
I never asked for a dolly, that's easier for delivery people
that should never have been left and I am stuck picking up the tab.
The biggest glitch I had is I spoke with someone
and emailed them, they tell me they will look into it.
The only thing I got was another email with an invoice
