WRONG SHOP KAYCEEAT!. WRONG SHOP KAIWA K!. Kaiwa K.s review is addressed to the wrong location. David Y works at the Maaco on 6850 Buford Hwy. in Doraville and his review is for that shop, NOT THE ONE ON 3965 BUFORD HWY>< ATLANTA! Request ... please be sure of what you write, you hurt the reputation of the wrong shop!

Worst body shop ever experienced!!!. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The only recommendation I have to everyone is to stay away from this place. First of all, David Y. is pretty ignorant and has no knowledge in the painting industry. I asked him a simple question "How many base / clear coats do you apply? " His response "I don't know and I don't need to know. "

Besides the fact that David Y. was being ignorant and rude, the paint quality was HORRIBLE! It has orange peel all over the door that I paid them to paint. This was presented to David Y. at the time before paying. He agreed that the orange peel is clearly visible. But, he told me that there was nothing he can do and that Maaco has done their job in painting it already. He recommended that I should polish it myself and buff. But this is not my responsibility to fix their flaws due to having a non-qualified painter.

Maaco made no effort in trying to satisfy my concerns that their painter has caused. Stay away from this place and save the headache.

As a Christmas gift to my boyfriend I took his 2001 Ford Explorer to this Maaco location (previous horrible experience @ Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker location - AVOID them).

However, the 3965 Buford Hwy location Ofc Mgr, Cynthia, was more than willing to help me achieve my Christmas wish for my boyfriend. I explained to her my budget, and that I was paying for this out-of-pocket and needed to some guidance on what my affordable options would be.

The outcome of the vehicle is fabulous. The vehicle had some major rust damage on the roof, and slight damage on the hood of the car. They certainly worked for their money given my budget constraints, but my boyfriend is ecstatic with the outcome & surprise Christmas gift.

I would HIGHLY recommend the 3965 Buford Hwy, NE, Atlanta, GA location, and ask for Cynthia she will work with you.

Excellent service. Had deep/nasty scratches on the side of my doors, took it to the maaco on 3965 Buford Hwy (after taking my car to the maaco on lawrenceville hwy for an estimate, and was about to get robbed blind. P.S. All maaco's are not the same, each one is individually owned and operated). Anyway they did an amazing job on my car, affordable, and my car was ready in less than 24 hrs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Didn't think I would have to specify the bumper cover to be lined up.... You truly get what you pay for, I guess. I took in my Honda to this location to have a new bumper cover replaced for about $500. Thought it was a deal in comparison to another body shop that had quoted me $1K (I thought they were jacking me on parts since I am a girl). Sure, Maaco replaced the cover and painted and all that, but they didn't line the bumper up correctly and it was visible once I saw it. I received NO phone call, nothing to let me know that any additional or deeper work was required on the car, which I would've accepted (and PAID FOR) had they just notified me (as I had a rental booked for 4 days). David Y. the manager's explanation was "It's minor, I didn't think you would mind that it wasn't lined up." Gee, that was great customer service. No offer of a loaner, nothing was made in amends after I had returned a rental car that I had paid for out of pocket (as was the repair). Of course, they offered to work on it again for more money. Silly me to expect that a bumper be lined up correctly the first time. Don't waste your money or time, and if you do, caveat emptor.
