DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR!!! When I booked this parking spot, there was no indication of a problem with flooding at this location (I booked through the website). When we arrived at the lot, I saw on the lower portion that you had to provide your keys because the area flooded at times and they would move your car. I did NOT park in that section, and I was a little surprised that a parking lot would be in an area that floods frequently. I parked much higher. While I was gone (out of the country on vacation), the city of Atlanta had terrible rain and flooded. When we arrived back, exhausted, I found out my car was destroyed. It had flooded. They did not offer to give me my money back for the parking space. They did not pay for my taxi home. They gave me their insurance information, but their insurer denied the claim. I had to file against my own insurance and pay my own deductible. I contacted the manager via email requesting my money back for the parking and my deductible and received no response. If you value your car, do not park here.
