In Short
The first Hardee's opened as a walk-up burger restaurant in 1960 in Greenville, N.C. Today, the fast-food chain has locations across the United States and is spreading internationally. Big, beefy burgers--like the 1/3 pound Thickburger--are the stars, along with sides like fries, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and fried chicken. Breakfast offerings range from Made From Scratch Biscuits to Big Country Platters: biscuit, pancake, eggs, hash rounds and choice of bacon, ham or sausage.

Best Biscuits every. I have never had the Ice Cream, but theyhave the best biscuits around no one comes close except BoJangles. The burgers are also as good as they come. Oh how I wish they were as healthy as they are good but alas they are not and I am only able to have them a couple times a year.

Why?. Why would you pick a fast food chain for The Best of? I'm sure a local family owned resaurant is much more deserving of that honor.
