Excellent Jewelry Repair!. I took my grandmother old gold and diamond ring and Sandalon Jewelry made it look brand new. All the broken parts were repaired professionally and beautifully to my complete satisfaction.

Simply the BEST!. I went to Sue and Udi to help design an engagement ring for my fiancee. The were extremely helpful in working with me and staying within my budget. When I was concerned about how the ring would look with the diamond I chose, Udi built me a model. Sue has amazing style and created a beautiful ring that made my fiancee's heart melt. We are both very happy with the ring and look forward to future trips to Sue's store.

Above and Beyond. My son recommended and introduced me to Sue and Udi. I needed to have my diamond wedding set reworked. I wanted to add some diamonds to the setting and was uncertain about a new setting. Sue and Udi took time to listen to my wishes and concerns. Sue designed a setting and Udi helped me find just the right diamonds to enhance the setting. The new ring is beautiful and I'm really pleased with it. I receive compliments on this ring all the time--even from strangers who happen to notice it.

Dream come true.... Sandalon Design, known for unique custom handmade jewelry is the only place to buy “better” jewelry, not only for Sue’s talent and exquisite taste, but for fair pricing and the rare, intangible element, trust. During the custom fittings for accuracy I met her husband, the diamond source, her beautiful daughter, mother and aunt. (Ironically I met her other beautiful daughter at Phipps just days ago.) Truly a “mom & pop” operation, you get uncommon, exceptional personalized service. I nearly felt like family, or at least wanted to be a part of the Sandalon family.

I admired the custom ring for six years prior to meeting Sue. When leaving the studio, ecstactic with joy and bling, I said, “This isn’t goodbye, it’s see you later.” I’ll be back for a few purchases every now and again. It’s THE place to buy better jewelry.

Don't Go Anywhere Else. I had seen the great reviews of this jeweler on Citysearch and decided, on that basis, to give her a call. I was a bit nervous about the fact that she makes custom jewelry; our budget was not large, but at the same time I had concerns about the big chain jewelers and the product and/or service we'd receive. She and her husband, Udi, were the just fantastic. You go in a stranger and leave feeling like family, and you have a beautiful new piece of jewelry. Any uncomfortableness I had initially regarding a small budget were quickly dispelled. There was no "attitude" about our budget, they were warm, welcoming and helpful and made us feel just wonderful about our purchase and the experience as a whole. There aren't many businesses I would recommend, but if you are in the market for a piece of jewelry, please see these wonderful people. You won't regret it.

Beyond my expectations. I had a custom ring made at Sandalon Jewelry design that is exactly the design I wanted, a reasonable price , and a beautiful experience of what customer service and expertise in motion should be.The jewelry that you will see there spans classic to contemporary . The designs are unique,high quality pieces at very fair prices. The owners are a husband wife team who are very knowledgeable ,patient and geuinely friendly people. You can tell they have a passion for their work. I have a most beautiful ring that I couldn't be happier with.

Excellent Service & Gorgeous Jewelry. I had a wonderful experience at SueSandalon Jewelry and left with the prettiest pair of earrings. They have an amazing selection of jewelry which is clearly of very high craftsmanship and that was matched by their service. I really felt like they cared that I had exactly what I wanted and didn't pressure me to spend more than I felt comfortable with. The whole experience was so unique compared to all of the jewelry chains that push you into something just to get your money. I will definitely be back as soon as I can! Thanks!

FABULOUS JEWELS!!!. the shop is amazing!!!! i never know where to look first....i have gotten a lot of jewelry from the shop over the years....i can't even describe all of the compliments i get on the designs i've purchased from them.......they are so completely honest!!! the craftmanship is beyond fabulous........ my new york friends are always drooling with envy!!! 5Stars

Best Jewelry in town! Variety of styles available or customize your own! Incredible Service!. Sandalon Jewelry has the most beautiful, unique designs that you do not see in all of the other jewelry stores. You can design your own pieces with their help and suggestions or you can pick from a wide variety of jewelry that they have designed. You can have your old jewelry reset into a more up-to-date piece that you will wear more often. The owners hand pick their stones so you know that they are certified and high quality. My husband went in with a picture of a ring he saw in a magazine that he wanted to design for my engagement ring. He told them how much he wanted to spend and they exceeded his expectations. Once we were engaged, they helped me design my wedding band so that it fit completely flush to the 3-stone ring, which can be very difficult. The rings are absolutely gorgeous and I am constantly getting compliments on them. I work in an environment where I meet a lot of people in a day and have given out Sandalon's information on multiple occasions to people interested in finding a unique piece of jewelry like mine. They are fed up with seeing your typical style of jewelry that you would find in store at the mall or at a chain store and wanted to know where my rings came from. The Sandalons truly care about each individual customer which is why majority, if not all of their customers are repeat buyers. You will be absolutely thrilled with your experience and jewelry!

best service, unique pieces & custom items. I went to SueSandalon and Udi for insurance apprasials - they were awesome; and then had them do some repairs on some of my pieces. I was so impressed, my husband came in and has purchased several items for me - which I adore. Their items can be custom and unique, or you can buy from their collections - nothing cookie cutter here!!!!

The thing that struck me from day one is - the repeat business they get! Every time I go in there, there is always another customer who comes in that they know, remember, and have sold to in the past. I think in this day and age- that speaks volumes. We refered my brother who purchased the engagement ring for his fiance and it is high quality and was bought at a fair price. She was thrilled with it! We will continue to be repeat customers and I HIGHLY recommend Sandalon for their service, quality and one-of-a-kind items.
