BEST wings in the ATL. I have been coming here for over 5 years now and I must say the wings are truly the best you can get in atlanta. They have more flavors than you can remeber but I go for the hot and the lemon pepper. One of the best things about this place is now that I moved close enough I can even get them delivered, for those morning that I ham a little to hung over to go up there myself.

Best Kept Secret. I visited this place for the first time this weekend and I am in love. The best wings that I have ever had and I eat them everywhere. Warning: The Hot is very freakin hot. The wings were big, juicy and crispy. Great beer selection to wash it all down. I will be recommending this one to all my friends.

It's been a while and I still love it... Wing Factory is better than ever. On my last visit I was told they are making all of their chicken fingers and boneless wings from scratch. They were delicious. They also have about a dozen craft beers on their list which is great for a beer snob like me.

Great Service!. Eleanor was my server. The place was very friendly and definitely had a great casual atmosphere. Great variety on the menu - I enjoyed the Dixieland Reuben and was able to have a side other than the fries served.

Worst customer service. I have ordered from this restaurant on previous occassions and never had a problem with my order. Today I attempted to order a hamburger and wished to substitute nachos and cheese for the fries, which I believe to be the worst fries in Atlanta. I have never had a problem with this until now. The girl on the phone told me I could not do this, so I asked to talk to her manager, Brett. Brett told me that he owned 43% of the restaurant and he was not capable of making the substitution either. His reasoning was that he did not know the cost difference to charge me for making the substitution. I informed him that I was willing to pay a couple of extra dollars for the cost of 2 oz of cheese. About the size of a souffle cup. Again he told me that this would not be possible. So instead of making a sale and keeping the customer happy and coming back he was more concerned about the cost of his cheese. Not only did they lose my business but also any future referral business. Terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from Wing Factory again.

Really good food, really good atmosphere. I came to this place because they had passed out coupons. I really like the atmosphere here. it has the neighborhood bar feel. Wings are Excellent, I was impressed with the burgers too. A good meal at a good price. It gets crowded on Friday/Saturday nights with families from the neighborhood.
