Do NOT Live Here. The amenities offered at Post Chastain are good. The apartments are OK. The rent is overpriced and the people in the leasing office are incompetent. I would not be surprised if these people could barely string together a sentence. This is not the most comforting thing considering they are managing where I live. I am currently in the process (and GLADLY willing to pay) the early $1,700 early lease termination. This is a lot of money for a young professional to shell out to break a lease, but I am eager to do so to escape the management here. From personal experience, the best advice I can offer is to sign a lease elsewhere in Buckhead. There are far better apartment complexes that offer the same advantages without the misery. Oh, and if you do decide to look further into living here, stay far far away from the librarian (if you see here you will know EXACTLY what I'm talking about) Amelia. I have a strong inclination that she once rented apartments to dinosaurs, and I'm fairly certain she played a major part in their extinction.
