Most unpleasant. Can I go lower than 1 star??! An employee from Home Depot recommended this company - I got the address and phone number from the internet. The guy who answered the phone was very abrupt and not at all professional - he actually yelled at me for getting his number from the internet and calling him to ask him when he is open! Apparently he is not interested in residential customers - although as a business person I wouldn't use him for any kind of commercial job. (Someone should tell him you still have to talk to people EVEN in commercial installations).
