Some people expect the impossible when it comes to service! Take for example...."Ken M". I have been dealing with Norman's for over 30 years and have never experienced the kind of service "Ken M" describes! Perhaps you are a competitor looking to slander one of the best service companies Atlanta has to offer?

There are so many people who receive customer communications every day at NEI, it would be impossible for your concerns to go un-noticed for the period of time you suggest.

I was a little concerned after reading some of the older reviews of Norman's but found them to be prompt, reliable, and very professional.

Do not use this company! They have had my tv for 2 1/2 months. They lost it for a while. They then lost my mounting brackets. They get angry and rude with the customer. They transfer you to dead phones and then do not answer the phone. I am not sure if I ever will get my belongings back. I am about to turn it over to my legal counsel.

Great Service & Great Price. I had a problem with my TV & many suggested I just trash it & buy a new one. I contacted Norman's Electronics & they were able to fix the TV at a very reasonable price. Lastly they gave me this great service & they came to me to fix the TV.

Good Job. good and honest the guy suggested i try something on my own b4 he took my $.I have a t.v that needs fixing,guess where im bring it? :)

Excellent in home service repair. I was hesitate to call Norman's after reading the reviews as well but I have a contract and was referred to them.

The tech called me the night before and told me the time he was coming which worked into my schedule as well. He arrived at the time we scheduled. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and fixed my tv with no complaints. Thank you Norman's for sending your tech Corey Smith to my house. I recommend you give Norman's a try.

Would recommend them to anyone!. After reading some review others had posted about Normans I was wary of using them but they were close to my house and I knew they had been around for a long time so I called them to repair a lcd tv in my home. They called to schedule and showed when they said they would. The technician knew right away what was wrong with my tv and fixed it the same day!! I would recommend them to anyone that needs some in home repair done. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!

Ms. Jones of Atlanta. I would not recommend Norman's electronics to anyone, and I do mean nobody. I have been waiting since August 5th.2010 to get my microwave repaired.I have taken off from work on three different occasions for. Servive repair and as of this date the repair hasn't been completed. Their customer service is the poorest and worst in the country I believe. They Won't even consider no conpensation for your time and trouble. I warn all consumers to be aware of this ill will company.

Bait and Switch Scam Artists. I had called about a specific job on an old cassette deck and after being quoted a price over the phone, I brought it in and as soon as I put it down told them what I wanted and how much I was quoted the SCAM started. The price started going up without even looking at the unit. Useless and wastefull of customers time.
