Very warm and friendly atmosphere. My daughter and I both had our hair done last night. Highly recommend "Locky". Been going tohim for 3 years now. He's very professional, on top of all things hair and a great guy to converse with. Gives the greatest hair and neck messages! Great Chinese/Japenese food court and boutiques within the same building - very culturual - very nice. Check it out!
