Exploring China Delight's fine food. I have eaten at China Delight twice and each time it was a delight. I have found so few Chinese restaurants in the Atlanta area that have served quality food. Hong Kong Harbour is one of them. Most recently, at China Delight, I ordered fried dumplings and General Tso's chicken. The dumplings were excellent, with just an edge of crispness on the outside. General Tso's made a big impression on me, probably the best General Tso's I have ever had, with a wonderful texture difference between outside and inside and great taste. It was prepared perfectly. I can't wait to return to try their weekend dim sum.

Worst food. If you are familiar with chinese food its somewhat like the Panda Express or Manchu Wok. Food are like over night cold buffet style. Not palettable and not presentable.

Excellent weekend dim-sum. To be honest, I'm rating them only for the dim-sum, as I've not had any other meal there besides chow men with seafood (which is awesome). The wait staff is very attentive, the customers are polite, the dim-sum is never soggy. It's very consistent and has excellent dishes that are friendly to my American palate as well as those who can stomach chicken feet. Shrimp dishes and pork dishes are highly recommended. The stir fried noodle small plate got me to try the chow men. Overall, I haven't been disappointed with this restaurant -- it's a great standby for gathering with friends at 11am on a Saturday!
