Placed an online order and cancelled 15 days later.
Three things went bad. It happens when something goes wrong but the process and how they handled the situation was quite poor.
1) Never received my order. They still did not know the status when I called them again 15 days later. I called another online restaurant merchant and they confirmed that they would ship the next day for the same products.
2) Never got any e-mail of shipping or delays. This is a standard practice when you order online.
3) Customer service was not helpful at all. I called a few different times. One time they said items where on the way and the delay time was normal. The second time they did not respond to my voicemail. The third time it was quite frustrating speaking with them and did not want to have to deal with a 4th time so I cancelled.
