Beautiful floors, Patient Customer Service Reps!. I am excited to tell you that Flooring Design Group came through for me in a huge way! After experiencing a great deal of water damage I thought no one would be able to make seemless repairs and refinish my floors so that a guest would never know where the repair ended and the original floors began. Hardwoods throughout, it was important to me that the stain be just right. It was also important that I trust the persons working in my home-the installers were patient and allowed me to view several stain options on the actual floors before making a final decision. They worked around my restoration schedule, willing to adapt to my needs at the last minute! Everything was left neat and tidy-moreover, my friends and family mentioned first, above all other repairs and updates, how much they love my floors!

Long wait for lackluster service. if your in a hurry, or want a realistic completion time, go elsewhere.
