Prompt, affordable, friendly, professional service. Tim Chastain was excellent. The work was done to the highest quality, his patience with our idiosyncratic wishes was heartwarming, and his suggestions as to how to improve the re-wiring and retrofit of our kitchen were invaluable. With a loss of customer service in most areas of life, working with Tim and Belco Electric was a pleasant and welcomed change. These individuals are friendly, caring and very knowledgeable professionals. It is a true pleasure doing business with a company that employs people of great caliber and character. Great Service and Polite Staff. Stan was very professional when he arrived to our house. He was here to install to new ceiling fans and outlets. He asked permission to come inside the house which we appreciated.

Stan completed the work and invited us to inspect the work before he preceded.

We would definitely use Belco electric again.

Best Service in Atlanta!. My husband and I have used Belco for numerous house projects and we have experience nothing but perfection from them. Tim Chastain is our go to guy from Belco and he is amazing! He is so kind and such a hard worker. I would trust Tim with the keys to my house! On top of being extremely good as an electrician, Tim is always on time and extremely courteous.

I will always use Tim and Belco for every electrical issue that we have!

Reliable, friendly & reasonable!. We had a lot done to our electrical system on our house, which is pushing 40 yrs old. Tim Chastain came in, and went over everything with us in a very detailed, honest and thorough way. When they came in to do the work, they were friendly, extremely conscious about not disrupting our day, and very informative, explaining everything they were doing in a way I could understand. Tim offered a lot of advice, in a personal and in a way that was not just targeted to my wallet, but directly towards my family's safety. I trust him & Belco, and will be calling them for anymore work we need in the future. Their prices and advice are incredibly valuable.

Fantastic Customer Service and Work!. I used Belco for a recent home repair and was extremely pleased with their customer service and high quality of work performed. From scheduling through to the estimate, technician's visit and price, Belco "gets it" and it shows.

Best Customer Service!. Working in the property management industry, we use a lot of different vendors. Belco is by far one of the best. The employees are extremely polite, courteous and professional from the receptionist answering the phone to the technician diagnosing and repairing the problem. Tim Jackson is my point of contact and his service is amazing. I have found that calling Belco for any size project, be it small or large, they stick to a schedule, recommend the best route to take and are extremely honest. I can always rely on them to show up and do the job requested. Their prices are great and we are just extremely happy to have such a great company for all of our electrical needs!

Prompt, Efficient, Professional. A very positive experience from the beginning. A 5 minute call to dicuss the job, quick scheduling, the technician Matt showed up when promised, asked the right questions, confirmed that he understood, and got to work immediately. He was quick and efficient, provided a neat installation and cleaned up after as if he was never here. Price was what was quoted and in line with competitors (we got 4 quotes). We'll be using Belco again.

Rodent Problem, Main Power Line. I had a rodent problem in my attic and they had eaten the insulation off my main power line. I didn't know how bad it was, but I was very concerned that it could cause a house fire at any moment. I called Belco and they made arrangements to have someone out the same day and he worked late to fix my problem and give me a peace of mind. I really appreciate the wonderful service and customer service they have and I will use them again, if I have a need for an electrician.
