Perfect at Problem Solving. They solved my major problem. I was denied on my insurance claim the first time around. I contacted Gray Contracting to meet my insurance for a second look and they worked with them to get everything covered. They handled everything wonderfully and my roof was put on quickly. It looks fantastic! They made my huge problem absolutely easy to deal with. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Great Experience. Our roof was already showing signs of old age when it suffered damage from a small hail storm that made its way through a few months back. After researching about 20 or so different roofing companies in the Atlanta area, we decided to only entertain three quotes. Much to our dismay, a roof replacement isn't very cheap first of all, but secondly, all the quotes were very similar and nothing special really stood out. So, the search continued...It wasn't until we spoke with Michael at Gray Contracting that we finaly found a company that stood out above the crowd and really yelled "pick me" "you won't be disappointed". In fact, we are far less than disappointed and both Michael and Gray Contracting far exceeded our expectations not only in quality, speed, follow up and follow through, but most importantly for us during these crazy times, in PRICE.

Exceptional Experience.
We needed a new roof and gutters for our home and spent a substantial amount of time interviewing and researching potential contractors. Much to our delight, we found Gray Contracting. They were punctual, clean, and most importantly the price was unbelievable. Michael was on site daily to ensure that no minor details got overlooked and he took his personal time to come out and describe their timeline and pricing.
If you are looking for a roof or gutter contractor, you search just ended. Rest assured that these guys are the best in the business!!

Don't Expect Service.
I work in real estate, also a service industry. On two separate occasions we requested the services of Billy Gray Contracting and each time they successfully neglected to reply in a timely manner.
Once our calls were returned, we were told their sub-contractors would be calling to schedule - NEVER HEARD FROM THEM! Wonder if their sub-contractors truly exist or, is this the polite way of saying ?We?re not interested in doing business with you??
